Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostyPop ("the Service"), operated by Elements AI. By using PostyPop, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PostyPop is an AI-powered content generation tool that transforms your input content into social media posts for multiple platforms. The Service is available as a web application at postypop.app and as a Chrome browser extension.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use PostyPop.
  • One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted on paid plans.

3. Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan includes 3 AI generations per month across 6 platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Bluesky). No credit card required.

Premium Plan ($19/month)

Unlimited AI generations, all 11 platforms (including Email, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest), Professional + Casual tones, generation history, and URL generation.

Pro Plan ($29/month)

Everything in Premium plus all 4 tones (including Witty and Inspirational) and custom brand voice.

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostyPop to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Generate spam or misleading content at scale
  • Impersonate other people or organizations
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems
  • Circumvent plan limits through automated means
  • Submit sensitive personal data, passwords, or financial information as input content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit to PostyPop. You own the AI-generated outputs and can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. PostyPop does not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, original, or suitable for any specific purpose.

No guarantee of performance: We do not guarantee that generated content will perform well on any social media platform. Engagement, reach, and other metrics depend on many factors outside our control.

Platform compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that content you post complies with each social media platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The PostyPop brand, website design, logo, and underlying technology are the property of Elements AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software, design, or branding without written permission.

7. Chrome Extension

The PostyPop Chrome extension accesses text you select on web pages when you explicitly use the "Generate with PostyPop" context menu option. The extension does not read or collect page content automatically. It stores authentication tokens and your preferences (theme, layout, font size) locally in your browser.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PostyPop depends on third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic) which may experience their own outages. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostyPop and Elements AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of PostyPop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of PostyPop after changes constitutes acceptance.
